Light I Image I Illusion - Atlas Part 1 is focusing on the Diorama as a pre-cinematographic entertainment. By using postcards, made in Aegina around 1960, and re-photographing them on the spot where they were taken, with the natural landscape of today in the foreground, illusionistic images will be created, comparing past and the present pictorial representations of reality.
Light I Image I Illusion - Atlas Part 2 is showing a selection of photographs from the image library, representing the different aspects of categorisation of Light I Image I Illusion within the library: anamorphosis, camouflage, diorama, panorama, phantasmagory, simulation and trompe d´oeuil.
